Riverview Fire Rescue- "A brief history"- Tribute

Riverview, New Brunswick is a suburban community located in southeast New Brunswick, Canada The town is located adjacent to the City of Moncton and City of Dieppe. Riverview Fire & Rescue provides fire and rescue services to 20,000 citizens in the Town of Riverview and surrounding areas. The Department is comprised of a dedicated group of career and volunteer members. Our force includes a Chief, Deputy Chief, 4 Capt/ Paramedics , 12 Firefighter/ Paramedics and an Administrative Assistant, supported by 28 volunteer firefighters. The Department responds to over 1000 emergency incidents annually from one central station. The Department also provides mutual aid fire services to neighbouring agencies and jurisdictions. We provide specialized services and have personnel trained in water and ice rescue, high angle and off-road rescue.
