When you're little sister is dead in the basement from a burglary, and all you want is justice to the person who did it, I would like to see you then. These people are the ones who can stop them, and are the ones who have brought Appleton to one of the safest cities in the country.

@760guy Who are you talking about? Yeah, there are officers who can do things illegal, and if caught, they would be fired and charged just like any other person. Do you live in Appleton? Do you work within the Police Department as a volunteer? No, I didn't think so. My goal is to actually work for the Appleton Police Department or Outagamie Sheriff's Department once out of college. And this video would have been used as evidence against the person. They did nothing wrong
