Smokey Look for Small Eyes

Since my smokey eye looks are usually pretty heavy, here is one that doesn't close the eyes up as much =).
Products:
Sonia Kashuk Eye on Neutral Palette
Almay Bright Eyes liner in Soft Black and Champagne(the light color on my waterline)
Both of the red and black brushes are by Revlon and the blending brush is by Sonia Kashuk
Lips: Rimmel Moisture Renew lipstick in Pink Chic and NYC Liquid Lip Shine in Rivington Rose lightly applied over that

What kind of makeup brushes do u use to put makeup and where did u get them ??because I have some but it doesn't leave my eyeshadow how I really want it or as easy as it looks... Do u kno of any good inexpensive makeup brushes I can get??
