throughout the centuries africa has been the bane of intelect. a stagnant collection of what are barely to be considered civilizations. Majority of this is to be contributed to their lack of diversity in intelegence and communication, not amongst themselves but others. If africa is to resile, this massive step will contribute greatly. Not to feed a man for a day, but to teach him how to fish.
