This excerpt from a 4th and 5th grade instrumental music class teaches students a new song without using English as a means of communication. This is a lesson is designed to develop interpersonal intelligence and propose the notion that arts should be used as an avenue to integrate ELL students into mainstream classes. The main function of this ProgressiveEducation video is to inspire teachers of all subjects to develop innovative ways to develop a critical and often overlooked component of interpersonal intelligence. This video includes a short discussion on the subject by Mr. Dan Lukehart.
