It was all psychological.
Just the expectationa nd the suspense gave the movie it's thrill.
Even without any "major kills", I think the movie was good, thrilling , and suspensful.

I believe it was this one. But the kills were so insignificant I barely made any note of them. They were simple and quick, not suspense inducing in any way whatsoever.
