  • Man, Angelina Jolie aint got nottin on you

  • @greensmoothieboy OOps, it's actually slightly less than milk.

  • @greensmoothieboy A new challenge for me, but an expensive one.

  • Greens are amazing foods. Each are unique to themselves.

Spinach = pretty good source of iron

Collards = more calcium in 1 cup of steamed collard than a cup of milk

Kale = Well, basically the king of greens, loaded with fiber, and many antioxidants

Yet, I prefer to blend some of mine in a fruit smoothie as I keep all the benefits of it is the raw state, while making it easier to digest by breaking down the fibers, similar to what cooking does.

I'm trying to eat 1 bunch of greens a day.

  • @ALETHEIA8881 thanks ! I just got another knife, its kind of a habit now - if I use the dull side I could hurt myself! I try not to turn my knife while working ... I am not that co-ordinated!!! :) Yes, I feel so blessed and grateful to have the farmers market near by... you can order stuff from DIAMOND ORGANICS - they deal with farmers. thanks for the love and I am making more videos!!! xoxo! -Donna
