I spend a lot of time on YouTube and think all the information on hair and skin care, makeup, weight loss that I learn is great! However, I got to thinking that true beauty comes from within, which includes not only our self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-respect, but also the food we put in our bodies. So, I decided to take a close look at myself so I can rid my self of any negative thoughts I might have about myself and also try to be more diligent about what I put into my body and how I take care of my body.

  • having a healthy gut is very important and it will show if it isn't, through skin, hair, breath, and much more. thanks for the input, the alkaline is very good for you to balance the ph, because cancer can't live in a alkaline body, only a acidity environment. keep us informed with information, sounds good, when we ask for knowledge God will give it to us. Have a Bless day

  • hi, this video is very informative. i just wanted to note that although coconut oil is edible, it has one of the highest amounts of saturated fat in oils, making it very unhealthy to consume. but it does wonders for hair and skin :)

  • Calcium and Magnesium also helps with menstrual cramps.
