that's cool. i find it interesting that this form as with many of the shaolin forms seem to have so many slight variations depending on which monk you learn it from.

yes its right, because we are all diffrent each of us will do it slightly diffrent because we are not robots but people with diffrent body shapes and weaknesses and strenghts ;-)

I've been practicing Wushu for more then 4 years, I'm 17 now but I'd never seen videos on youtube, what would you recommend?

you can have a look at my favorite lists :-) but mainly after practicing 4 years you should be able to distinguish excellent from average ! make your own choises and tell me which performances you like , i would say ;-)

Who cares. When you spend a lifetime devoted to Martial arts it would be a complete waste if all you did it for was to protect yourself on the very low chance of being attacked on 'the street'. This is not the goal of shaolin. Never the less clearly his body is stronger faster and more flexible than most, so techniques aside i'm betting he could defend himself.

It's obvious that this guy is the shaolin monk. The other may have been trained in the outlying temple schools which is why he is allowed to wear the orange suit, but you're not allowed to be named Shi Xing Jun unless you're actually a monk. If I recall correctly the first word means that you're a master, the second is the generation you belong to and the third is your monk-name and they complete name is given to you as you become a monk.

For me this guy is better than the other guy from the description vid no doubt, this guy is more traditional and much swift and powerful compared to the other bald monk. So yea my bet is that this guy can kick his other guys ass ,but both are good xDF

the name of the form is Ing Shou Gun.

he is Shi De Jun, one of the main coaches of the Shaolin Warrior monks troupe at the Shaolin Wushuguan.
