  • You sure know alot about computers to be on your age (: Haha, my dad can't even open new tabs in the we browser D:

  • @dunkleybwoy could u send it to my email

  • I cannot recommend upgrading an older machine to a newer operating system like windows 7. Newer Windows make greater demands on resources so only a faster newer machine will show the benefits.

Anyhow, I think you misunderstand the purpose of this series of videos. It is to show how to get the best performance out of what you have and not a recommendation of one operating system over another.

But thank you for your comments I value any input or feedback.

  • I quite disagree. In my opinion Windows XP has been Microsofts most successful operating system and its very long life cycle is a testament to this.

On my personal laptop I actually have a multi-boot setup with Windows XP, Windows 7 and Linux based Ubuntu. They all share a common data partition so that I can try out each platform and make direct comparisons. Whereas I enjoyed exploring Windows 7 (and Ubuntu) I do spend most of my time under XP for speed, efficiency and wider compatibility.

  • Vista is not for me - I don't like it. The security features are more of an annoyance and hindrance rather than a benefit. The resource hungry nature of Windows Vista is well known.

I like Windows 7 but Windows XP still has the largest market share since it has been around for such a long time.

The tips offered here can be applied to any version of Windows but thanks for your comment.

  • ahhh! ald people these days. modern technology's taking over. =D
