In November 1991 I spent two weeks in Ardara, County Donegal. For the first time I saw snow on the mountains. Here are some impressions about bygone times. The video contains the fine guitar art of my friend Bernd Vogelei, who plays his special variation of an old Turlough O'Carolan tune, called "Si Bheag, Si Mhor". It's so weird to see the town like this again, i was only 7 then but it's exactly as i remember it, it's so different now, although, some things really haven't changed at all....Nancy's still looks exactly the same!!

How much things have changed in the town. Lovely photography and music by Bernd which matched well.
I will have to get back myself for a while - nothing like a good turf fire these winter days and a pint at Nancy's.
