The safest way to bench is to go paralell to the floor with your upper arms.
Shorter guys with short arms will have it parelell when hitting the bar to the chest, im 6'5 and I do absolutely dont have it paralell when hitting the chest, but I still hit the chest becouse it feels like cheating otherwiese.
But Kali kan do whatever the fuck he wants and he's doing it the safe way.

those are fine reps, i bet everyone commenting doesnt even lift or only benches 125 pounds cause they care so much about full reps with perfect form.

he didnt go down fully. I hate it when people say that..STFU none of you are repping that, hes doing what you call a Pulse Rep. more effective than a normal rep once you hit a weight heavier than yourself.

He didnt go down full range but tbh, a proper 500 bench wouldnt be too far away for him with a couple months more training. Very impressive strength there, he'd definitly be able to get a good few full range reps with 4 plates......which is awesome in anyones book.

The fact that it didn't touch his chest is a valid point. I wouldn't count a 1RM I couldn't touch my chest with.
@BOOGNASTY1 Kali built his chest from the technique he's using now... I'm sure it looks better than yours! Just saying...
