@garrettanderson983 Real life? WHAT? More like real life hollywood gun shot. A real gun shot doesn't exaggerate an "explosive" blood squirt. When you get shot some skin tissue will fillet out and there will be some INTERNAL bone fragmentation, and then your blood will drain out of the bullet whole. Clothing and your skin/skeletal structure actually prevents that hollywood crap from happening. The only thing close from being "explosive" would be a head shot.

that effect kinda sucks... just tape a damn firecracker on it and light it!!! when u get shot in real life, a little bit of blood doesen't just fall out like that! this looks really fake, honestly... i put up a video, recently where i show how to make one using a firecracker. it may be harder to do, but it looks a hell of a lot more like the real thing than this!

This was done with a condom filled with fake blood strapped to his chest. A cable attached to a washer, and the washer superglued to the condom. Pull the cable and pow! Just replace the cable with fishing line.
