The king strikes again. Asking people to move their cars before the snow has been melted. Alot of them are sandwiched, trapped between mounds of snow. That was a stupid move. Over 9,000 tickets issued. Ice, almost impossible to shovel. These cars parked on top of frozen tundra. Can"t move. Alot of these cars are owned by woman, old ladies.
