beyond the tired argument of how mean conservatives are because we would rather donate to charities than have gov't waste half of it while using the rest to make poor more dependent and helpless. there is the fact gov't isn't contractually obligated to pay SS benefits per the 1960 SCOTUS case Flemming v Nestor. and if you die before 70 ur fam gets nothing, fair?
