I flippin' LOVE Electronic!! They were basically an electro "super group" of the 90's featuring Bernie Sumner of New Order, Johny Marr of the Smiths, Neil Tennant of The Pet Shop Boys and briefly one of kraftwerk!! In fact.... Oh god Im such a music anorak... Johnny Marr played on every track of the last Pet Shop studio album "YES" So has Johnny secretly joined The Pet Shop Boys!!!!

Great song.
Does anyone know if there was an actual music video for this?
Neil Tennant on Getting Away with It, Patience of a Saint and Dissapointed.
Any others?

Johnny Marrs breakaway venture. I worship the PSB and The Smiths. Loved this song when it came out. Now Johnny has 'remastered' The Smiths greatest hits . Mmm
A great song with the best of Britain's electro talents!
I've been looking for the other song 'Gangster' on the Disappointed CD single but it doesn't seem to be on Youtube. Anyone has it on MP3?

@adrianjohnneo
Iv'e tried to upload most tracks by Electronic, including 'Gangster', but they always get pulled by Youtube claiming copyright violation.
That's the reason you can't find it... Sorry!

@facetubetiny1
No. This song is approaching its 20th birthday! It was released in 1992. God, that makes me feel old....

@soundoftheatom THIS SONG WAS RELEASED IN 1990, I CAN TELL THAT BECAUSE THAT WAS THE YEAR I FINISHED MY HIGH SCHOOL AND THIS SONG WAS A MAJOR HIT THAT YEAR!

@juguetech No it wasn't. If you're going to try and be clever, you could at least have your facts right. This song was definitely NOT out in 1990, so if you remember it in your last year at high school then you're either:
a. lying
b. left school in a different year
c. had a time machine
It was released in 1992 as I stated in an earlier post. The song was used on the soundtrack to the film 'Cool World' which was also, coincidently, released in 1992.
