I've had several Zens. They didn't hang up. Moreover they didn't EXPLODE, like some Ipods do.
Hold down Menu + Middle button on any Ipod to reset it if it hangs. They have that function there because sometimes in a while, Ipods also hang up. For the Touch, hold Home + Lock for a few seconds, and it'll reset.
Ipods have the worst value/price ratio ever...

its my opinion! you dont have to react like that! zen always hangs! and i hate it! that is whya it has a reset booton, haha! you press/push it when the zen player hangs!

Wow what a piss poor waste of 2 minutes, a shitty argument filled with typos and Spelling errors, I didnt even have to watch the whole thing to see it was a pretty biased and crappy non intellegent argument, and anyone that watches this and has a zen probably can't afford an iPod or wants to be 'different'. Bad points and not at all amusing.

i wanted to by zen but i accidentally got iaudio 7. it has small screen but it has nice play time. still ok. there was time i was obsessed with ipod but i don't understand why i was so like that. haha;;
btw, does anyone know what's the soundtrack of this video? sounds familiar...

well, my zen keeps getting corrupted files. I love it, but it freezes. and reset button doesn't work, you have to hold down play while turnong it on and format it. also the shiny surface and matte surace wear down quickly
