I have bellyfat so I hope this helps me get a flat belly, I workout like a haaz and my results are stamied from my diet. I eat meat all the time, so i'm going to leave the meat alone for now, now that I know about this.
I'm told that coconut products, oil, milk et al are avoid foods for type As. I recently started using oil and wonder if this counter productive. Thanks
Dr. Victor Herbert, a hematologist who studied blood and nutrition at New York's Mt. Sinai Medical Center before his death, once said of the theory linking blood type and diet that it is "pure horse manure. It has no relation to reality. The genes for blood type have nothing to do with the genes that handle the food we eat."
I am Blood type A, just like Hitler!!! Pure Aryan bad ass.
