1gb ram on windows vista ultimate...you beter be kidding

I accually like xp better. If u arent using DX10 games all the time its more worth it to stay on xp cuz the FPS is better when the os isnt hogging all the recorces.

Dude, you need XP. And I mean REALLY need XP.

well,
if u don't want to lag in games
buy windows Xp, couze it runs games fast
and upgrade ur ram to 2GB+
that's everything u need !
if u wanna play great games and have an great experience playing on high graphs !
u should upgrade ur video card to 512mb or 1GB or memory !
well that's my opinion !

Some test show that the optimal ram size for vista/7 is 2gb BTW you can run vista with 256mb of ram
-
3gb of ram and vista ultimate sp2 will fly :)
i already SOLVED my problem, is a temperature of processor, later i buy a new cooler my nfsps never cause this lag again.
