Mc.Donalds food is absolutely delicious. Thos sugar dounuts are sublime and the burgers are so tasty. I don't know why people complain about them so much, really if you don't want to eat there, why bother going. I like every thing on Mc.Donalds menue and the food is ALWAYS fresh and served to a high standard. Mc'Doanlds are totaly safe if you eat SeNsIbAlY, thats the key, if you eat well then there is not reson why you should not eat at a fast food resturaunt.

MacDonald's does give sizeable donations to various charities.
Apart from management, employees at MacDonald's are paid minimum wage because anyone can do their job. There are much fewer people who can perform brain surgery than can mop floors. Wages follow the rules of supply and demand as well, there will never be a shortage of people who can microwave burgers, and lower a pan of fries into a deep fryer.
Your friend can eat 8 meals a day on his wage? Boo-fucking-hoo

If you're assuming that MacDonald's would prefer to trade the food it produces for money, rather than give it away for free, you're correct. Governments can give food aid only because they tax their citizens to be able to do so, but since MacDonald's can only make money by willing transactions, it must trade in order to keep existing.
You missed my point, it was that being angry over famine makes much more sense, and is more morally justified than being angry with MacDonald's.

Can you name one child to have died from eating Macdonald's food? We know of millions who die or are sickened by parasites or malnutrition elsewhere. Are you sure your focusing your attention on the right issue? Child obesity can cause health problems, but starvation I'd think is much worse than food which may not be entirely healthy (burgers and fries do have nutrients) sold cheap so even low-income families can afford to feed their children.
