Tithe Rap at FBCW

This is a skit that me (Brian Daniel) and my homies, Jamie Clements and Pat Walker, performed at First Baptist Church in Woodstock, GA. Thanks to Becky Harris (coordinator), Elaine Stepehens (dance instructor) and Pastor Johnny Hunt for allowing us to add a little humor during our Sunday morning service. Oh...and much thanks to 12Stone Church for creating this awesome skit.....Many Mad Props in the Hiz-ouse!!!!

I said a lot of that in there because of a lot of the hate you guys are getting from some others. Cause if we used rocks as our wealth, God would want us to use rocks for His tithe. If dirt was, He would want that. Just whatever it takes to keep our hearts FROM greed and love of money. Bible says that "the root of all evil is money" but money itself IS NOT evil. God does want us to prosper, so it is not a false doctrine. God Bless you guys!

This is great. I love how you guys incorporate humor in to the Christian faith. The Bible says laughter is the best medicine. And tithing never stopped in the old testament. Jesus uses examples throughout the new testament to teach us on being givers with our first fruits. 50% of the parables Jesus used in the new testament was on finances. God says, "Where your treasure lies, there your heart will be also." Tithing is meant to humble our hearts to grow closer to God's. Love this and you guys!

LOVE IT AHHAA.... I love my church! Thank you Lord for Pastor Johnny Hunt... If it wasn't for his love for Truth and the church I wouldn't be where I am today living for Jesus! God is soo faithful... btw when I give to God what belongs to Him... not because He needs it, He always meets my needs! Amazing how He comes through!

This is a perversion and it is why I finally left the church. One day Jesus will say to these deceivers "Depart from me, I NEVER knew you!'
