There's a reason your comment received so many negative votes. That means people don't agree with your opinion, and in this society, majority rules. Your words mean nothing.

Back when they had ska-like music.

@dkbannon Seriously this album was rad, now they're just another face in the radio crowd.

dying in the alley waiting for her man, carrying a child and a sleeping bag . . .
This must have really happened to someone. It's a sad end to a desperate life.

@dkbannon I know this comment is a year old but...
Honestly, as much as I hate it when bands 'sell-out', they do it for a reason. Being in a band is expensive, with very little money to be made. It's understandable when musicians water down their music a little to be more palatable to the mainstream, even though it's pretty shitty.
That's life, man.

Intersting note: This was the first Smash Mouth song ever played on the radio.
I'm shocked this didn't make it on to their greatest hits album. It's a great song that partly got them their exposure.
Why did Smash Mout have to change their style and make all those other trendy crappy radio songs. This is when they kicked ass and I was a huge fan. Never listened to them again after this cd.

Back when Smash Mouth's music was actually heartfelt and had a message. Before they went all Disney. Now that's a sad story...
