I like Shooter but was dissapointed when he played this song last Monday...he quit barely half way through the song, missing the build up in the middle, & the steel guitar parts. Nobody can do this song like Waylon, not even shooter, not even close! I like what Shooter does in "old friend" off the wolf. He is good at mixing syles.. Just my 2 cents worth. What do you think?

Shooter and Jamie Johnson play together, its being aired on CMT pure Monday 3/23/09. The promo showed Shooter singing this song, should be good, check it out and let me know what ya' all think. Cheers
