A random Speed Run.
To do the Wing super fast rising technique, do a Down+y in the air and jump as soon as you can afterwords. To do it as fast as I did, just practice and press the button as fast as possible.

All my three best records for all three courses are 00:20:92; 00:34:39; and 00:44:52(Kirby Super Star Ultra).

Added up, they total 01:39:83.

very nice but there are improvements that can be made. press the jump buttton when on a ladder :)

@kwayzipoduckshunz2 If I'm not mistaken, KSSU is slightly faster than KSS. I can get under 20 seconds in GR1 in KSSU, but I can only barely break 21 in GR1 in KSS.

I did the third course in 00:44 second as well, using the Jet technique, it's not THAT hard

Oh, man. I've been looking for tricks, too. Until recently, I'd been using the vY jump trick, but I was STILL slower than the SDA run, which didn't use it.
