Yeah I guess an ultrasonic tester with almost two years of college completed ISN'T enough skills to have competed in the workforce in the 1980's. The ONLY jobs available during the "regan" years were working on the garbage route or mowing lawns. It was EXACTLY like the bush years. PISS POOR!
