Another very touching denconversion story. There are millions upon millions losing their faiths in their inherited religions around the world....in time, I hope that we are able to stomp out permanently this "faith" that causes so much fear and death in the world.

You may come to a decision that there is a god, just not the one you were taught about. Let it happen naturally over time.

Me too. Although, I keep quiet about it, as my husband is a missionary and my kids love God. Why should I destroy their faith? Let them decide on their own.

A few men met with him and told him to stop proselytizing. "We" would be the men that met with him.

Because they said "we like more than one woman". Who is the "we"?

@juliecranford
i realize this is an old topic...

he said "we like more than one woman".
the "we" is the men in the tribe. they simply don't choose a "life partner".
to assume that they don't see the women as people is retarded. it's nothing but a baseless assumption.

you said "does that mean that some men don't get any women"?
why would you even ask that? all it means is that they don't have sex with only 1 woman.
i don't get how you came to these irrational conclusions from that.
