How to Get "Watch in HD" using Sony Vegas(with voice)

This will teach you how to make your videos in HD from rendering in sony vegas... i used sony vegas 8 pro but i am not sure it will work with others......Enjoy

I use virtual dub for resizing video and stretching to "1280x720" and Adobe media encoder for encoding. I use to save in "wmv" format but I found out it's not good for movement so I now save in mp4 which is very good . Check my videos to see results
