But now with implant post fixtures there is now no danger of this and people only need two to four implant anchors to hold the dentures in and are very secure restorations. These can be done for a small fraction of the cost of full dental implants. Dr. Randall A. Diez shows how now with the new types of dentures and methods of affixing which are relatively inexpensive, there is no need for the old method of using denture cremes and other fixatives which have harmful levels of zinc and other minerals and materials which have been shown to cause severe health problems. These health problems discovered with such fixatives include issues such as nerve damage and handicapping people into wheelchairs.
