The amount of Americum 249 in a smoke detector is fucking tiny. it's more or less harmless.

That one might be a photoelectric smoke alarm rather than an americium smoke alarm.

Americium has a long half life so don't inhale that smoke, it can stay inside you for a long time!- i think i'm too late.
