I think the current presidential portraits are the most UGLY garbage ever, Andrew Jackson's head is too big for his shoulders and makes him look like he has AIDS or some wasting disease.
The OLD money - the silver certificates and earlier was far more artistic

I just saw this new bill a couple of weeks ago when I went up to Washington and toured the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. It's cool man! Lady there said it's supposed to come out later on this year...2012.

Perhaps they've put all that Gold imagery on the new notes to try and restore confidence in their dolla...ie to link Gold to the Dollar in ones mind ;) Probably because they have none of the real stuff in their vaults ;) I reckon its trickery to try to keep a dying Fiat Currency alive :)
