1) MedX Lateral Raise - Monster Zone set (i.e., eclectic zone set with brief rests when necessary)
2) Dumbbell Military Press - Monster Zone set
3) Dumbbell Side Delt - Tri Reps in bottom 1/2
4) Dumbbell Side Delt - Tri Reps in top 1/2
Total workout time approximately 5'00.
@kingdaleclarke What did you accomplish by making that statement?
I'm long since past caring what other's think about me, my training style, or my physique. But a statement with no explanation...let's just say you should spend a little more time exercising the muscle between your ears.
