One of the most important aspects of ab training is to make sure that you're always pushing your body further and further to ensure new and better results. As your abs get stronger you want to constantly challenge them with unique ways and exercises to make sure they continue to respond.

This new 200 rep Ab Scorcher is my latest example of this.

Just when the newly crowned "MR. X" Ben May thought he couldn't get his abs to develop any more than they already were...I came up with this advanced version of the canoe ab exercise to do just that.

  • Hi Jeff, I'm in 6th week of athlean-x, which is going great, but I'm struggling to get shape in my chest on the outside as I used to be chubby! Just wondered if you had any exercises that concentrate more on shaping this part of the chest? Thanks.

  • Hi, nice videos. I'm really thinking about buying the ATHLEAN-X program but I would like to know if the ab exercices and the other ones aren't bad for my back because I have disc herniation.

  • @r0ums As a physical therapist, I like to think that with any program I create I consider safety first. After all, if your exercises are injuring you....chances are you're not going to be able to do them at some point!  AthLEAN-X combines the most joint friendly (but at the same time...kick butt) core exercises you've ever seen. 90 days from now you won't only be ripped, but strong and core stabile!

  • glad i saw this, i was about to do my abs exercise for the night and this will hopefully work them better because i do work my abs hard but i feel like i can go forever. i end up being really saw but i want the pain to know im working it, and high reps to burn and shape them more. THANKS! i love ur channel btw

  • @nachotoonz ya gotta mix cardio in to see your abs. Just building ab strength and endurance will not decrease your gut size.

  • some post here hear about the exercise not doing anything for their stomach..the truth is that the abs exercise may work the core but does nothing to show them - abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. Many people who have abs do not even train them that hard - cause they know its the diet that will reveal the stomach muscle one has already..
