  • @RaveSlave Those already somewhat exist using VNC.

  • nice, I can see a system like this working well, imagine an office with no desktop pc's, all the workers can 'log' into the server with just a tablet style wireless monitor at 1/4 the price of a laptop or ipad... is there a monitor with battery power and touch screen for this device yet?

  • Oh, and Hilbert, repeat after me: TEN-EIGHTY-PEE...or ONE-THOUSAND-AND-EIGHTY-PEE ;-)

  • @Ricardo1e93 Read the review on Guru3D.

  • @TheFlow666 a normal wireless router doesn't transmit the video signal where as this does so you cant do the exact same thing lol

  • @CrypticWatcher the cpu cooler is a coolermaster z600r

  • @TheFlow666

Well it seems you don't really "Get" what quality my 1080p content is in. You see youtube's special optimized 1080p is nowhere near the bitrate of blu-ray video.

  • @CynicalThought

Are you serious? You can watch 1080p videos on YOUTUBE from a server on the other side of the planet just fine, what makes you think my 10mbit WLAN router can't get a picture from my HDD to my PS3 5 meters away in time?

  • @TheFlow666

Yeah? Well you'd need a really fast lan because for me I can't play 1080p on my media player not even via ethernet.
