  • I may have missed something, But how do you get the foam so smooth? what do you use to pain it? Do you make a skin on it before painting? Nice.

  • it half inch filter foam, I colored it with spray adhesive and flocking material. Very messy. It would be ideal to sew a colored fabric skin over the foam.Looks better and lasts longer.
