no rugby is not only for men, women can do it too my rugby season just ended and guess what? I'm a girl, so yeah girls can do rugby too and you know what, this was my first season and guess what? I got two tries for my team and I plan on playing next season cause it was so much fun. So there girls can and do play rugby and we rock at it! TROY UNITED RUGBY!!!

ok, I really know that girls play rugby,and very well too.
The title of the video is just a proverb that my coach says but It only means that you gotta be strong,and all that stuff. I know it sounds really bad but I don´t say it in the way you think!
