I would imagine exposing (excuse the pun) any part of your skin in -80F to -100F degree (wind chill aided) weather would be risking exposure almost immediately (aka, bye bye dick), so yeah probably.

not that cold...coldest ive ever seen is below -60ºC.. It's hard to even breathe and if you expose any skin for more than 45 seconds it freezes.
