January 23, 2011 Primal part two

I documented a primal on January 23, 2011. I am remembering (reliving) the feelings of my birth.

This video is the second of two parts of a recording of the primal. When I began to primal that day, I had a migraine headache. I had had one (about "1/3 blown") for two days. After the primal, the headache dissipated.

The photo is of my mother on Kailua beach, Hawaii, in 1949. She was 18 or 19 years old. Nancy died on December 31, 2010.
