Ignorant here. No tv but I've come across some of these Dr. Who's. What I know: It's been on the BBC for years. He always has female companions who he tries not to fall in love with? He's been married 4 times and doesn't want to do it again. Billie was in love with the one before this? Beautiful smile. Who is the actor and how long did he do DW?
