  • easy to practice, hard to pull off

  • This works like a charm; however, its all about timing, start turing your arm over as soon as they start pulling that arm back.

  • if you watch the tate - rousey fight , tate does that same manuever and gets her elbow split in half

  • Nice.

  • this is to all the people having trouble just twist the guys foot around

  • when your arm is stretched its too late. You must do this before the stretching.

  • Very dangerous escape... It works, but if you try it when it's too late, you're going to destroy your elbow. Gotta be working this escape the second your arm starts getting straightened.

  • I cant get it! When my arm is already stretched out and im on my back., its too late. I had to tap.

  • obviously the person doing the arm bar is going to control the wrist.

  • @whatzupa

As did Dan Hardy against GSP.

  • What most dont realize is that these techniques are called a locks for a reason. You can only escape if them if it was not fully applied or executed improperly.
