@UrMomEatsShitt the storms are op yes they can be countered but they are still op if terran dont have ghosts then they basicly lose to any decent protoss army with a couple of templars to support it

so... Storms are good against.. every single unit in the game?? Air/land? Massive damage? And you can warp them in ready to storm? Then you can merge them into 400hp tanks?  Got it.. that's balanced.... Blizzard fails again.
