He clearly says 'throat' because he rhymes it with 'goat'. Rope wouldn't work, and cutting his throat when he's going to cook him makes a lot more sense than saying 'I cut his rope'. Nobody actually says that!

@SkopioXV2 I went down to New Orleans and stayed there for an entire summer. I saw a little rottweiler and the tune I started to hummer. SOOOOO I cut his throat, went and kicked a goat and then i put him on the barbecue. Bought a bottle of 57 at the 7/11 and we sang a little song or two.
