Ron Paul schooling Larry King and letting him know that Michael Moore's new film is falsly titled Capitalism when it should be called Corporatism. Ron Paul goes on to school him about government intervention in health care. The only thing Ron and Michael Moore are on the same page about is the BS war. Oh yeah Ron, Michael Moore can't criticize Obama because his agent is Rahm Emanuel's brother. Hmm, come to think of it Rahm 's other brother is a Doctor pushing for the government takeover of healthcare.

  • Okay, so Mr. Paul is against cooperatism but also against government regulation.

Well, good luck with that. He probably also believes that the market will balance out itself.

  • A billion Blessings of Peace, Love and Light for Ron Paul and Michael Moore as humankind awakens to a new Reality of Grace.

  • @mellowcowism How could there be Corporativism without the Governments Plan Economy? Please tell me!

  • I wouldn't really call that a DEBATE between Moore and Paul - more like Paul commenting on a couple of Moore's statements.

I am an independent voter in a Key state. I downloaded Ron Paul's plan, you should too. You might be interested to know that his "Cuts" to military spending actually result in an INCREASE in military spending for every year of his plan - the '"cuts" are reductions to the automatic increase the Pentagon enjoys. So much for dialing back intervention with that budget.

  • I would have liked Dr Paul to explain more fully the explain the difference between corporatism (which he condemns) and unregulated capitalism (which he endorses). The difference isn't so clear to me.

Paul deserves a lot credit for his clear, principled anti-war position - unlike Michael Moore, who's actually been very flaky when it comes to Afghanistan and Obama's wars in general.

  • Good post and good interview. Thanks for uploading.

  • Corporaitism has everything to do with non-regulated capitalism.

  • Michael Moore secretly enjoyed it when the terrorists attacked on 9/11. Michael Moore is a hypocrite who has stocks in a capitalist market and he supports capitalism. He is a closet capitalist who is profiting off stupid socialists and liberals who buy his material. He has found a niche market to sell to but in real life he is a true capitalist and a liar. Islam encourages mosques to be built on sites of conquer. Robert Spencer has info on the ground zero mosque issue.

  • I can't understand Ron Paul's free market fundamentalism. Where did computers come from? It sure wasn't the "Free Market". The "Free Market" would never have developed computers, without the government acting as a guaranteed market. Shipping containers? Developed by the Navy. The list goes one. The fact is, government can be useful in some circumstances, certainly not all however.

  • He uses a lot of -isms. I think that hurts him with the dumb people vote. Other than then, he's is so perfectly understandable and logical it's amazing anyone tries to argue with him.

  • Man, every single country on the planet (excluding USA) has universal health care, and work perfectly so that "its a kind of socialism and socialism doesnt work" its very dogmatic and unrealistic. You cant hide the sun with a finger... The best healthcares in the world are like that, its incredible how dogmatic and afraid of tryn things are americans. By the way u should privatize firemans, and librarys, because they are free and universal so u guys are part sociliast... uuuu scary right?.
