Sometimes if you take out the hard drive and push it back in to were it clicks it will help or if that dosent work do the same thing but bang on the hard drive (not to hard),then push it back in and make sure it is fully in.

mine has just done the same thing! rang xbox customer support they said it was the hard drive and im having to send mine of to...European Repair Centre

E68 is the hard drive not reading correctly, removing it and putting it back in solves the problem.

@Fus1onBarr3l That was one of the first things we tried, didn't fix it. We got a new replacement under guarantee.

may i sugest you to see if the hard drive is well attached?
sometimes the xbox makes this error because of it

@jmlpc1 Yes, we checked all that but no change. Sent it back to Microsoft on the 5th and got it back on the 24th still showing E 68. Got a new replacement today! :-)
Hope this one lasts longer than 8 months. If not then I'LL BE BACK! ;-)
