I support lower standards in academics, in high-skilled jobs, in state bureaucracy, but sports are just too important to bring in less skilled players!

I'll hire the minority just because they are the minority and not necessarily the best person for the job, but God forbid the most talented is NOT on our athletic team!! Screw affirmative action.
