This is the third video in my journey to get more flexible for pole dancing. I'm working with the DVD from http://HowtoStretch.com and http://youtube.com/howtostretch.
I've been continuing with the stretching routine a couple of times each day, but had a lot to contend with these last couple of weeks and got a little over-tired and tense. That means my muscles were not so loose as they had been, so I can definitely see a bit of backsliding in my splits this week. (But not too bad!)
Still, the DVD has been fantastic - if it weren't so calming and helpful, I wouldn't have been able to keep up with the stretching at all. And, the other benefits are still apparent - I'm in less pain, am coping better when things do get achy, and feel a little calmer overall.
