Thats the scam. They already got paid for the house, and made a killing betting against the mortgage when they sold it. They dont own the house, but when they secure foreclosure they gain ownership and can "sell" it again and do the same thing to some other sucker.
Fucked up isnt it? Lets build some guilotines.

For those who want to fight I have found a company that can show the fraudulent nature of the mortgage and county documents. They are licensed and their documents are competent for court which most audits are not competent enough to stand up in court. I know one person who already had his county record documents found to be fraudulent an is in the process of getting his title quieted. Contact me and I will pass on that information.

A GOOD TIME TO WATCH THIS AGAIN....REMEMBER, HE DID THIS VIDEO YEARS AGO....and it's only gotten worse since then....

yes this is true and it ha been going on for decades
We took a mortgage loan in 2000, after seeing this video and a few others we got out the notes and all the paper work associated with the promissory note, closing papers, etc..We found among'st those papers an affidavit of Lost Note, notarized, verified in July of 2001..What exactly does this mean? The loan has been serviced by various banks since the original mortgage. Wamu and Chase to be exact..

@PiercedEar I'm not an attorney. There are attornies that specialize in this. If you decide to hire an attorney make sure that they are not in bed with the banks. A forensic loan audit may help. A mers chain of title is suspect, robo signing fraud. Jsnip4 has some good videos about this. It seems that the original mortgage note has been lost due to this in your comments: "affidavit of Lost Note". IMHO, it may be worth going deeper into this. Let me know how you do.

@PiercedEar Chase and Wamu may not be the true owners due to the mortgage possibly being securitized into thousands pieces as most mortgages nowadays are. Here's another video you may find helpful: watch?v=lKh3iRNLPSM

@PiercedEar There are links also in these videos that may help if you decide to do your own research.
