Solaiemes VoxServe (mobile CRM and UGC using Push to Talk)

VoxServe is the Solaiemes platform delivering added value use cases with Push to Talk technology (and not cannibalizing voice call revenues, the carriers fear). Push to talk is used to create mobile user genereated content for personal use cases (social media, audio-diaries, audio-notes) and corporate use cases (voice task reporting, could be combined with LBS) and mobile CRM (alerts, quick interactions, etc, i.e: mobile banking).
The example of CRM interaction using half duplex PTT with full duplex IVR is done using the VOXEO IVR with our algorithm to interact full duplex and half duplex media.
