I think continuing with this band name after Alan died was disrespecful. Alan even said himself, without Henry, for example, it wouldn't be the band. So if Henry died instead of Alan, I'm sure they wouldn't have continued as "Canned Heat"

Well actually, Victor, the Woodstock lineup did not have "The Sunflower", Henry Vestine. Harvey Mandell replaced Henry for that gig, and he and Henry switched back and forth for a while. The meth was starting to catch up with the Sunflower. The only classic members here are Bob, Henry and Fito. But hey, they did what they could.

@VictorRechnageL My point exactly...To me it isn't Canned Heat without the Blind Owl and the original members from Woodstock. Sorry, but I am picky like that because there is no way in hell the Blind Owl can be replaced by anyone, no matter how good they are.
