Hovering the mCPx in the kitchen. Trying to document how stable it is... Not a very large space, and I forgot to turn the central air off, so I had some turbulance. House is too messy to video in the living room.
The heli is flying as smooth as EVER. Outside FF tracks beautifully, backward circuits are easier. Seems the boom supports got rid of the wag induced from the flimsy frame.
See this thread for my tail strut modifications:

What I've done to get my brushed mCPx to fly smooth:
Canopy Grommets on two front servo to swash linkages
Double washers between blade grips and dampners.
1" extended solid CF boom
V3 tail motor and tail rotor
Home made strut supports using 2mm CF rod and hot glue and JB Weld (Quick type)
Aftermarket ABEC 3 mainshaft bearings
Turnigy nanotech 300mah batteries
mTDR-cpX paper canopy (see HeliFreak thread)
