you should workout atleast once a week. kick the drugs man, while its easiest. Take 5-htp and tryptophan (both precursors to serotonin), help you feel comfortable.

It's really cool that people are able to make videos like this. Makes me feel not so.. alone. I've never taken any medication so I wouldn't know what it's like to enjoy socialization. I wouldn't want to even attempt to get medication as i'm sure it would affect my career choice. Psychological instabilities can screw you over in the long-run. Useless typing; i'm sure, but I never really get to write it out, so... might as well.
